1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NumeroSync (“the Service”), including our website at numerosync.com and our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
NumeroSync provides numerology-based readings and insights calculated from birth dates using the Pythagorean method. The Service includes free features (Life Path calculation, basic reading) and premium features available through a paid subscription (detailed readings, compatibility analysis, annual forecasts).
3. Entertainment Disclaimer
Numerology readings provided by NumeroSync are for entertainment and personal development purposes only. They should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or applicability of readings to your personal circumstances.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features are available through a monthly subscription at $9.99/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
Mobile (iOS/Android): Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing and cancellation follow each platform's policies.
Web: Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, text, graphics, and software on NumeroSync are the property of NumeroSync and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Shareable reading cards generated by the Service may be shared on social media with proper attribution.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

- •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape our systems
- •Interfere with the Service's operation or security
- •Create accounts using false information
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumeroSync and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access premium content will cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
